DVLA number plates are the plates which bears the registration number of your vehicle. In 1999, Ford bought Volvo Cars (Volvo automotive industry) to the group Volvo AB for 6.45 billion USD. On 17 March 2000, Ford bought the brand of all-terrain vehicles Land Rover German BMW. Recently, Ford has sought to reposition itself in a limited number of brands and sells the most. On 26th march 2008, Ford cars sold Jaguar and Land Rover to Tata Motors in India. On 28 March 2010, Ford sold the Swedish car brand Volvo to Chinese manufacturer. This sale was signed at the headquarters of Volvo in Sweden by the Chief Financial Officer of Ford .In June 2010, Ford decided to abandon the brand American Mercury.
